About

Malachy graduated from the University of Ulster in 2010 with a First Class Honours degree in Podiatry.  Since then he has worked in general practice podiatry in clinics in Belfast, Dundalk and his native Fermanagh, specialising in treating musculoskeletal conditions.

In 2011 Malachy was among the first podiatrists from across the island of Ireland to be trained in Foot Mobilisation Therapy by the acclaimed Australian therapist and educator Ted Jedynak.  This radical new treatment enabled him to treat a whole range of patients for whom traditional podiatry treatment had been unsuccessful.

Malachy has also volunteered with Special Olympics Ireland on the Healthy Athlete Programme.

Malachy is a member of the following organisations:

The Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists UK
The Health and Care Professions Council UK (HCPC UK)
